1. Return and Exchange Guidelines We offer a 3-day return and exchange period from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must notify us within this time frame. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refund Policy As we offer Cash on Delivery as our only payment method, refunds will not be processed for completed transactions. If you return a product, we will offer an exchange for a similar item or a store credit for future purchases.

4. Warranty Our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately within the return window, and we will either replace the item or issue store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items Certain items, such as those that are clearly marked as non-returnable or perishable, are excluded from this return policy.

6. Delivery Charges The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If a product is exchanged, the shipping cost for the replacement item will also be the customer’s responsibility.
